With opportunities to connect with a vibrant, international team, this position is perfect for those eager to dive into mountain life.Job Responsibilities:Ensure guests have proper tickets and safety equipment.Assist guests on and off lifts with verbal guidance and chair management.Monitor guest actions, anticipate issues, and operate lift controls as needed.Answer questions and maintain a positive, friendly attitude.Keep the lift area and surrounding areas clean, including shoveling snow and checking ticket validity.Test lift controls and safety switches, and perform daily equipment checks.Document all required actions and report unusual conditions to supervisors or mechanics.Assist with lift maintenance and collect litter as needed.Perform additional duties as assigned.Education:High School Diploma or GEDAll Information above is subject to change at any time. Experience in cooking isn't required but will help when it comes to this job, being able to work alone and handle a cabin in variable weather conditions is a must.Job Responsibilities:Position Responsibilities:Event Planning and Management: Organize and execute backcountry dinners and handle reservation needs.Supply Procurement and Logistics: Purchase and transport food, linens, alcohol, and drinks; manage supplies and personnel in variable trail conditions.Facility Maintenance: Shovel snow, clear walkways, perform basic hut maintenance (e.g., propane, water, food prep), and conduct generator upkeep.Staff Oversight and Cleanup: Delegate tasks during meals, manage evening cleanup, and handle alcohol sales at events.Hospitality and Guest Experience:Exceptional Service: Create memorable backcountry dining experiences, provide excellent customer service, and address guest inquiries and concerns effectively.Effective Communication: Engage with diverse guests using strong interpersonal skills.Administrative Duties:Administrative Support: Assist with tour scheduling, payment processing, and maintain accurate guest and tour records.Environmental Awareness and Education:Conservation and Education: Stay informed on local regulations and best practices in outdoor recreation; educate guests on environmental conservation.Education:High School Diploma or GEDDriving:Have a valid Driver's license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving ProgramPreferred Experience:Cooking experienceKnowledge of safety practices, CPR/first aid certificationFamiliarity with local geography, trails, and conservation principles.May require lifting and moving up to 75 pounds.All Information above is subject to change at any time.
