Principales Fonctions et Responsabilites:

  • tre le point de contact unique pour le programme avec les mdecins
  • Aider les mdecins remplir les formulaires d'autorisations spciales (AS), les formulaires d'inscription, les renouvellements d'ordonnance et autres documents
  • Fournir des mises jour continues aux mdecins sur l'tat des patients
  • Fournir des lignes directrices de traitement pour grer les attentes des mdecins concernant le remboursement
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les spcialistes en soins personnels, les gestionnaires de casen bien-tre et les reprsentants des ventes
  • Fournir des explications de services de programmes aux mdecins et/ou personnel de bureau
  • Promouvoir le programme avec les outils de marketing fournis
  • Personnaliser les lments actuels de programme pour rpondre aux besoins des mdecins affects: ajuster en fonction des besoins en cliniques et de MD distance.
  • Travailler sur le terrain et effectuer des services d'appels rguliers avec MD et/ou le personnel de bureau
  • Consulter les dossiers des patients afin de complter efficacement les documents ncessaires pour obtenir une couverture
  • Suivi auprs de MD pour s'assurer que les mises jour de l'tat des patients sont partages
  • Charg de fournir des rapports mensuels personnaliss aux mdecins
  • Cartographie prcise et en temps opportun des patients dans CRM
  • Participer des runions des mdecins avec des reprsentants de vente
  • Assister aux formations mdicales continues (FMC) et faire des rapports de nouvelles activits;
  • Identifier les domaines de risque et favoriser l'amlioration proactive et continue de la qualit.
  • Fournit proactivement de l'aide pour rsoudre les problmes des clients en ce qui concerne les mdecins affects;
  • Fait des prsentations en service aux mdecins
  • Autres tches assignes

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Single point of contact for the program with physicians
  • Educate physicians and/or their staff on various program services
  • Provide therapy guidelines to manage physician expectations with respect to reimbursement
  • Consult patient charts in order to effectively complete necessary paperwork to obtain coverage
  • Assist MDs in completing Special Authorization (SA) forms, enrolment forms, prescription renewals, and other documentation
  • Provide ongoing updates to physicians on their patients
  • Customize current program elements to meet the needs of assigned physicians: adjust based on in-clinic and remote MD needs.
  • Identify areas for risk and foster proactive, continued quality improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members in various roles to coordinate the patient journey.
  • Participate in scheduled physician meetings with sales representatives
  • Attend Continuous Medical Education events and report new activities
  • Regular travel to various physician offices
  • Adverse Event reporting
  • Adhoc duties as assigned

Experience et Niveau d'Education Requis:

  • Un diplme de baccalaurat ou un diplme d'infirmire autorise (IA)
  • Diplme connexe peut-tre considr (pharmacien(ne)s, diplmes en sciences) ou 2-4 ans comme gestionnaire de cas ambulant associ(e) ou comptences quivalentes transfrables
  • Un minimum de deux (2) trois (3) ans requis dans le domaine du remboursement par tierce partie au niveau public ou priv, ou de l'exprience en vente pharmaceutique, soins grs, ou en soutien clinique, ou exprience connexe
  • Exprience comme gestionnaire de cas constitue un atout
  • CCI de base un atout

  • Solides comptences analytiques incluant l'interprtation de la rglementation et de la lgislation.

  • Capacit travailler de faon autonome
  • Sens de l'organisation, rsolution crative de problmes et orient vers les rsultats.
  • Solides comptences en gestion du temps et gestion de projets et un sens de l'urgence
  • Capacit analyser le volume actuel d'inscriptions par MD
  • Capacit analyser le potentiel d'inscriptions en fonction du volume de prescriptions d'autres biologiques
  • Capacit interagir avec un mdecin et son personnel en tant que contrepartie mdicale de confiance et bien informe
  • Possder un permis de conduire valide et possder une voiture
  • Capacit assister des vnements d'ducation mdicale continue (EMC) avec professionnels de la sant, qui peuvent se produire en dehors des heures normales de bureau
  • Peut communiquer avec plusieurs reprsentants des ventes et les gestionnaires de district de l'quipe commerciale
  • Comptences en communication verbale et crite suprieures,comptences interpersonnelles et souci du dtail
  • Aptitude communiquer efficacement verbalement et par crit, et en franais et en anglais dans les provinces bilingues
  • Relations solides avec les clients dans un territoire donn, un atout
  • Des connaissances du remboursement public, priv et fdral un atout

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • Registered nurse (RN)
  • Related degree may be considered (pharmacists, science degrees) or equivalent transferable skills
  • Experience in public or private third party reimbursement arena or pharmaceutical sales experience, managed care, or clinical support, or related experience an asset
  • Bilingualism is an asset (requirement for province of Quebec)
  • Previous Case Manager experience an asset
  • Basic CCPE an asset

Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
  • Comprehension of medical terminology
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze current enrollment volume by MD
  • Ability to engage with a physician and his/her staff as a trusted and well-informed medical counterpart
  • Excellent time management skills & sense of urgency
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with program associates
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and in both English and French (oral and written) for the Quebec and New Brunswick Provinces
  • Detail and result oriented
  • Ability to adapt to change and ambiguity
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to attend Continuous Healthcare Education (CHE) events with HCPs, which may occur outside regular business hours
  • Hold and maintain a valid, non-expired, unrestricted driver’s license and possess a car
  • Adhere to Performance Standards and Procedures required by the program
  • Must have a private, dedicated home office space that accommodates equipment supplied by Innomar Strategies

The successful candidate may have daily contacts with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients or peers from cross-functional teams.
