Operate and maintain current and future knowledge management systems and tools. The knowledge Management will include following requirements; Web-based portals, Out/inward facing site, portal access, content management, and training. Gathers observations based on unit actions during the training event and provides input to unit After Action Reviews (AARs), capturing lessons learned, and incorporate feedback into future exercises.Closely work with the planning team to create a high fidelity, realistic training event in a Live, Virtual, and Constructive environment to meet customer requirements.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEEDEducation:BA/BS or combination of education and experienceRequired Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience.Required Technical Skills: Proven experience in operational planning, process optimization, and project managementStrong understanding of how knowledge management principles and practices fit into the exercise life cycle.Experience with knowledge management systems and tools (such as MS Outlook, Army 365 SharePoint, and MS Teams).Strong Experience with Windows Servers.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Desired Skills:Knowledge in Army and Joint Exercise Life Cycle. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location.
