Overview: Lead Team Master PlumberMonday - Friday 6:30am - 3:30pmAs a CSC Lead Master Plumber you're primary responsibility is the installation, connection, and maintenance of plumbing systems for laundryequipment in various environments, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Key duties includepulling permits, inspecting and repairing water and gas lines, venting dryers, and assembling fittings to ensure safe & efficient operations. Additionally, this role involves delivering, installing, and troubleshooting equipment, includingpayment and monitoring systems, while consistently upholding high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.Key Job Responsibilities:Install and connect laundry equipment to gas lines, ensuring safe and efficient operation by assembling and securing fittings.Inspect, repair, and replace water lines, gas lines, and fittings associated with laundry equipment.Diagnose and repair water lines, gas lines, venting for dryers, valves, and other fittings.Pull permits for plumbing installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Deliver and install laundry equipment in various settings, including colleges, apartments, residential homes, and commercial laundromats.Install and configure ancillary technology, such as card readers and digital enhancements, for laundry equipment.Prepare equipment for delivery by assembling required parts and ensuring readiness for transport.Clean, test, and ensure proper functionality of equipment.Load and unload delivery trucks, using hand carts to move equipment.Manage inventory of washers and dryers, including receiving, moving, and issuing as directed.Troubleshoot and perform mechanical repairs on installed equipment as needed.Convert on-site payment systems to ensure compatibility with laundry equipment.Respond to client inquiries regarding system operation and diagnose system hardware failures.Install and maintain Point of Sales (POS) systems (e.g., ESD, Heartland) and Laundry Monitoring systems (e.g., LaundryView, checkmywash).Maintain detailed driver logs in accordance with DOT and local regulations.Report any issues impacting security, safety, lighting, or equipment operation; recommend upgrades or improvements as needed.Maintain assigned company vehicle in good working condition.Promote customer satisfaction by checking in and out with property contacts during deliveries.Perform other duties as assigned.
