Under limited supervision, installs, repairs, and maintains all physical elements of the institution to ensure a safe environment for all patients, visitors, and staff.In general, tasks that will be completed include: Corrective Work Order completion, Preventative Maintenance completion, problem identification and resolution, determination of material and supplies required for problem resolution, documentation of activities, utilization of the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and communicating with the Hospital’s and Facilities department’s management.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Journeyman Certificate preferredHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent.Experience: 5-7 yearsRequires knowledge and experience with mechanical, electrical and other infrastructure systems.
