Work schedule: 8 days on (10 hours shifts) then 6 days off.
Job Duties: Safely operate various types of railroad equipment, including but not limited to track laying machines, ballast regulators, tampers and rail grinders. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure proper functioning. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct pre-operational and post-operational inspections of equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. We are looking for a Pavement Marking Technician to join our team! Works in the HSG or ISG line of business.
Supporting pavement function which will entail site set up and clean up, site layout and barrier, cone, traffic control materials, preparing machinery, loading the truck and unloading the truck
Ability to complete daily required paperwork. Follow all safety rules and regulations and wear proper safety equipment ( work boots – 6 inch with safety toe, hard hat and safety vest) Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures All other duties as assigned
Pay range is $15.00-17.00 depending on experience.
