The Role:As our Assistant Studio Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the Studio Manager, helping to create an exceptional, energetic fitness experience that members love. Whether you're helping with sales goals, making member connections, or running daily operations, you’ll represent the Orangetheory brand, bringing the science-backed workout to life. Your day-to-day will include a little of everything: team support, member check-ins, onboarding, and organizing eventsall while ensuring the studio stays clean, safe, and welcoming.

What You’ll Do:
Partner with the Studio Manager to make the studio efficient, successful, and funSupport sales efforts by connecting with potential members and hitting revenue goalsKeep the studio clean, safe, and high-energyHelp onboard, train, and support new team membersCheck-in with members, answer questions, and drive engagement in-studio events and challengesGenerate new membership salesEnsure that all studio technology runs smoothlyMeet new guest goals and inspire member referralsAnd of course, be ready to dive into other exciting opportunities as they come up!

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
