Qualifications High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required. Minimum age of 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred. When applicable, for applicable states, certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry. Dependent on facility and required responsibilities, this role may classify as a Sanford Category II Driver requiring a motor. Vehicle report and proof of valid driver's license.
