The Quality Control Shop Floor Inspector will be responsible for inspecting welding quality and performing dimensional inspections on ASME code pressure vessels, ensuring all products meet strict industry and company standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform visual and dimensional inspections of welded and fabricated components, ensuring compliance with ASME code standards. The QA Inspector must partner with manufacturing operations to provide outstanding customer service and quality inspections to meet customer shipment expectations in a Final Assembly Operation. The QA Inspector will be engaged throughout the production process, including receiving, manufacturing, and final inspection. The QA Inspector will interact with the functional areas, including Receiving, Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and Field Service/Repair to evaluate product Quality problems, and when necessary, assist in Root Cause Analysis and Preventive Action determination.
