Key Responsibilities: Perform visual and dimensional inspections of welded and fabricated components, ensuring compliance with ASME code standards. Inspect welds for defects such as cracks, porosity, and misalignment, ensuring all welds meet quality specifications. Conduct dimensional checks of equipment, ensuring compliance with design specifications and blueprints. Record and report inspection results accurately, identifying non-conformities and recommending corrective actions when needed. Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
