Responsible for observing, inspecting, and documenting work-in-progress on construction project sites to ensure the work is being performed in accordance with sealed and approved construction plans, sound construction practices, and all applicable local, state, and federal permitting and approvals. Inspections include site clearing observation, grading, excavation, backfilling, and/or installation of reinforced concrete structures such as box culverts, low flow sections, slope pavement, inlets, manholes, and street sections.
Essential Functions and Duties: Perform daily inspections of construction sites and work completed to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with the sealed and approved construction plans, follow good construction practices and standards, and are applicable to local, state, and federal permitting. Coordinate with contractor representatives on work scheduling, interpretation of plans and specifications, and acceptability of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with sealed plan requirements. Inspect materials on construction sites to ensure compliance with technical specifications and drawings, and schedule independent material testing and engineering companies to assist with quality assurance. Report all reject materials and deficiencies in construction methods. Document, photograph, and maintain daily reports summarizing construction progress, scheduling, workmanship, and deficiencies of construction materials and methods. Collect and review supporting documentation for payment of work performed, consisting of delivery tickets, invoices, product labels, sketches, calculations, and other related records that identify approved materials and products used to support quantities for payment. Prepare for and communicate substantial completion and final walk-through of projects to address any questions or concerns and finalize completion punch list with assigned contractor. Perform other duties that may be added or changed as the course and scope of the job directs.

The Quality Control Shop Floor Inspector will be responsible for inspecting welding quality and performing dimensional inspections on ASME code pressure vessels, ensuring all products meet strict industry and company standards. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and have a thorough understanding of ASME code and welding techniques.
Key Responsibilities: Perform visual and dimensional inspections of welded and fabricated components, ensuring compliance with ASME code standards. Inspect welds for defects such as cracks, porosity, and misalignment, ensuring all welds meet quality specifications. Conduct dimensional checks of equipment, ensuring compliance with design specifications and blueprints. Record and report inspection results accurately, identifying non-conformities and recommending corrective actions when needed. The Facility Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring that smaller multiple facilities or a larger complex facility has their physical structure and plant maintained and repaired in a timely and cost-efficient manner. In addition, this position supervises maintenance staff or outside construction vendors who perform remodeling, additions, maintenance service, and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, janitorial, general grounds, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, security, and electrical systems.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The Facility Maintenance Manager coordinates with the Corporate Project Development team and manages construction or remodeling programs to ensure work is completed in a timely manner. Ensures that all necessary permits are obtained before projects start. Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards. Authorizes payment for completed work. Develops and maintains maintenance budgets and costs. Notifies management when facility maintenance costs are not following budget detail. Reviews production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements to ensure projects and work orders completion within appropriate deadlines. Establishes, prioritizes, and adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. Monitors Building Automation Systems (BAS). Reviews, records, and analyzes energy usage and costs. Determines better cost-effective approaches to reduce cost and energy usage. Directs workers engaged in maintaining the facility’s physical structure including plumbing, carpentry; painting; plastering; machine servicing; janitorial; general grounds; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning; security; and electrical systems. Directs workers engaged in ground maintenance activities including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removing weeds, and raking and disposing of leaves and refuse. Directs workers assisting other departments as requested, including moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies. Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies needed to effectively maintain and operate the facility. Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase work efficiency. Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals. Maintains time and production records. Confers with supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments. May perform maintenance work, but only temporarily or in an emergency. Performs other duties as assigned.
