This role involves supervising students in the aftercare program, facilitating various activities including homework help, creative arts, and indoor/outdoor play, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment beyond school hours.Key Responsibilities:Supervise students during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.Assist students with homework and educational activities, providing guidance and supervision.Plan and execute engaging after-school activities, including arts and crafts, games, and outdoor play.Collaborate with the school team to enhance the student experience and foster a positive learning environment.What We Offer:Pay range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hourEmployee referral bonusStudent tuition discountWhat We’re Looking For:A minimum of a high school diploma or GED.Previous experience working with children is preferred.The ability to pass state and federal background checks.A positive, energetic, and patient demeanor, with strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
