ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Staff Systems Administrator to join our team in Crystal City, VA.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Maintain/troubleshoot Windows servers and workstations, both on-site and remotePerform Windows system administrative support to include adding and removing users, installing software and monitoring systemsProperly receive and triage customer incidents in the ticketing systemFollow standard operating procedures to accurately log all tickets within the ticketing systemPerform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniquesProperly escalate unresolved tickets to the next tier of supportEngage with customers throughout the process and follow up to ensure proper incident closureEnsure quality and productivity standards are maintained while meeting customer timelinesAssist in configuring baseline switches, routers and PCs being prepared for deploymentCoordinate equipment preparation and shipping, confirm customer receipt, and validate inventoriesPerform remote site surveys and identify requirements for hardware and cablingBasic Qualifications:2+ years of related experience as a System Analyst/Administrator or similar roleDoD8570 Level II CertificationExperience with network and patch managementKnowledge of system security, data backup/recovery, and network monitoringExperience using Microsoft OfficeAbility to troubleshoot and problem solve issues to resolutionGood customer interaction with a focus on positive service supportGood oral and written communication skillsUp to 10% local travel within the DC metro areaPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institutionDoD 8140-451 Intermediate Certification required (Cloud+ or GICSP or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC) -OR- equivalent DoD/Military Training as identified in 8140 qualifications matrixExperience deploying workstationsExperience using ticketing systems such as Remedy or ServiceNowITIL 4 Foundations certificationMicrosoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)Previous customer service experiencePrevious experience working with networks in secure environmentsWillingness to work occasional nights and weekends to support outages/etcSecurity Clearance Requirements:TS/SCI security clearance adjudicated within the last 6 yearsWilling to submit to a random polygraphPhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations..
