This position is responsible for the day-to-day management duties of the District's rights-of-way.
The Flood Control District has the mission to reduce the risk of flooding in Harris County, the third most populated county in the United States, with a population in excess of 4.7 million, including the City of Houston, the nation’s fourth largest city. Two (2) or more years of previous experience in the associated fields.Previous welding experience is required; knowledge of automated welding is preferred.Willing to travel 40-60%, domestic and international, must possess or be eligible to obtain a passport. Identifies, solves and communicates issues in a timely manner.Analytical and detail oriented, while working at a fast pace.Capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
