The provider will review medical records, educational history, and psychological information to integrate with assessment results to produce a written report. The psychologist will provide direct patient care through administration, scoring, and interpretation of neuropsychological measures, though psychometry support is routinely available. The Rehabilitation Neuropsychologist will conduct feedback visits with patients and their family members to provide recommendations and offer additional clinical services, as indicated.
